As a man of my craft, when I’m not doing hair professionally and getting paid for it I’m probably still getting my hands into some sort of hair related activity. I would say my biggest hobbies aside from my work would be fashion in general. I love putting looks together and creating vibes that I can express to the world. I love leisurely mornings focused on self care and skin care routines. As a foody I love dining out so you might catch me posting food spots on IG. However my partner and I also love cooking balanced meals together. I’m usually pretty active and I have 3 gym memberships. I teach outside of the salon and I love engaging with new people so I try to do it often!
When it comes to hair I always say I love it all. And I don’t mean that half heartedly. From start to finish hair is my happy place. I am obsessed with creating a polished end result. I am a true colorist as I love creating formulations from scratch. Custom tailored looks for every person who sits in my chair. I believe healthy fluidity is key. I receive the most satisfaction when I create a really cool color palette that is more risqué but is so well done and tasteful that it can be versatile and work appropriate. When it comes to haircuts I would say I have the most fun when creating shags, mullets, or just overall texture but on the same note I also love a sexy victoria secret esque flow. I get most of my inspiration from editorial looks from across the world such as Korean, Japanese, Canadian and french works tied in with elements of nature.
