Policy: My goal is to take care of your hair and get you as close to your hair goal as much as possible. If for some reason you are not satisfied, I hope you give me a chance for any adjustments. We have a 1 week complimentary fix. One week starts the day of your appointment. As a service provider, we do not offer refunds.
